JUMP is the first electric motorcycle in Velocifero’s zero-emission range. Born from the creative flair of Alessandro Tartarini, award-winning international designer and soul of the Velocifero brand.
JUMP is a small motorcycle that weighs only 90 kg and is 1,830 mm long. The most important aesthetic element, which also performs a fundamental technical function, is the high-strength steel tube frame, whose design follows the motto ‘form follows function’. The 12 ”wheels with generously sized tires make the JUMP well proportioned and different from similar proposals for electric vehicles for urban use. Although small in size, the Jump has excellent ergonomics even for tall riders.
The electric motor has an output of 3 kW, peaking at 5 kW, and is powered at 84 V. The torque reaches a peak of 175 Nm. This allows for brilliant acceleration and great handling in traffic, with maximum speed set at 90. km / h and maximum slope exceeding 25%. Transmission, of course, is automatic.
The lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 2808 Wh, weighs 20 kg, operates at 72 V, and is recharged at 84 V DC by a 100-240 V AC charger (to be connected to the household socket). The absorbed current is 10 A, therefore compatible with domestic energy supply contracts. Charging time 4-5 hours. As for autonomy, JUMP allows you to travel 85 km at a constant speed of 45 km / h. Consumption and range obviously vary according to the driving style and the riding mode chosen from the four available (P, Eco, comfort and Sport +).
