Justin Laurie was riding a 2017 Yamaha motorcycle west on Long Island Expressway when he lost control near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway ramp in Maspeth about 12:05 a.m., police said. He crashed into the guardrail, leaving him unconscious and unresponsive.
