Comtech Telecommunications (NASDAQ:CMTL) is up 1.9% premarket alongside news of a new contract with a tier-one carrier and a service expansion with Indian Motorcycle.
The company sealed a $20M-plus, five-year contract for location-based services with the tier-one carrier as part of the carrier’s 5G implementation.
That comes via its Location Technologies group, part of its Commercial Solutions segment.
So do its new agreements with Indian, which have it expanding coverage for the Ride Command feature in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
It will process maps and Points of Interest data for additional countries, and Indian will offer Doppler Radar for riders in the U.S. and Canada throughout the contract term.
